" Bitch "

Oh this will be interesting...

I never thought I'd find the word " bitch " a compliment but in these days I do. I remember witnessing a movie scene where a tall, slim blond lady was telling her friend at a restaurant that a guy called her a bitch the night before. Of course she was pissed off, (this was back in the mid-nineties by the way). Her friend, said, " Why? Why do you care what he thinks? ". The other lady replied, " But he called me a bitch! Who is he to call me a bitch, a female dog, please! You think that's acceptable? " Her friend continued eating her French fries with a shrug. I don't remember the movie's title but I believe I turned it after that. So, why did I bring this up?

Simply because more and more I am seeing the interpretation of the word, " bitch " changing into something...dare I say it, positive? Let me explain. " Bitch" has always been used to tear down a woman's soul, to strip her of what made her feel good about herself. No one can deny that. It means " female dog " and that's probably the worse thing you could ever refer to a lady as. It hurts us all. It used to hurt a lot until I realized how women are flipping the script and using the word as a meaning of strength and pride. Let me say why I feel this way...

There is a feminist magazine called, Bitch. It's probably the biggest feminist magazine in the world. There is a lesbian website called Bitch. I see women walking down the street with T-shirts that say " Bitch " in big black letters. I also see women refering to themselves as bitch on television. " I'm a bad bitch ",
" You can't f--- with this bitch ", " I'm a bitch..." As Missy Elliott proudly sung in one of her hit singles years ago. Roseanne claimed the word bitch as strength. And I am noticing more and more that women are using something that tore them down for years to gain full acceptance of themselves and in other words, telling society to go to hell.

Now who's the queen bitch? That's easy it's Madonna. Come on, she puts the " itch " in bitch. That's why I lover her. Why do you think people call Madonna the Queen Bitch? Probably because she's the only woman in the world to look at men's society in the face and say, " F--- you! " True Madonna and " bitch " followers understand it. She changed the course of how society looked at women in the mid nineties. They tried to put her in a box, silence her but she only got up swinging. I admire her for that. I'm addicted to her in every way for that reason.

The same with the people of today. It happens in all aspects everywhere you turn. Women are using this word openly and freely because they have changed the meaning. If someone called me a bitch, which will probably be behind my back because they don't have the guts to say it in my face, (laughing), I wouldn't get upset. Hell no! In fact I take it as a compliment. To me the word means that I threaten you, especially when it comes to a man. And I loooooove pushing people's buttons. It turns me on like a light switch. I get into an immediate state of pleasure when I turn your world upside down by saying something you just can't hang with. I do it out of respect though (laughing).

Most times women are called bitches because...

1) They are doing things society thinks they shouldn't do.
2) They've proven that they can stand on their own two feet
3) They refuse to take sh*t from anyone
4) They are doing their thing, and whoever usually calls them a bitch cannot deal with that. Especially if it's a man.

I tell you what, you better not call me a bitch to my face. If you do you'd better be faster than Carl Louis because what I slam back at you won't be pretty.

But hey, most of the people who call women bitches don't understand us. But then again, maybe the people who call us bitches, call us that because they... do understand? Im scratching my head right now. I'm confused. Am I a bitch or aren't I? No I'm a woman. But I still may be a bitch to you. Still, it doesn't matter what you think. The only opinion I care about is of the man who snuggles or would be snuggling up to me every night. And he would know or knows that if he called me a bitch he wouldn't have anything else to snuggle against again. (laughing hideously)

No one's called me a bitch. If so it probably hasn't been since elementary school. I can guarantee you the person who called me that isn't around if I ever caught up to them. Scratch that in elementary a guy called me a bitch and it turned out he wanted me. Go figure. Men are so insane.

I am bitch! Hear me roar! Call me whatever you want as long as you respect me. And as long as you don't say it in my face. Hmmm, if you're cute and sexy I may let you get a way with. But you better make
" bitch " sound really nice.

Don't read this with your mouth open. Who cares what you think...this is my blog. Us GenXer's have our own ways of thinking, (winking). But I enjoy you reading this. I feel like someone's watching me undress. Go figure. I didn't realize writing for the world could feel so erotic and senusous. Uh-oh, why do I feel like my fingers should be covered with rubber gloves right about now? (Laughing.)

Oh I'm a good girl, I really am. You be the judge.

Bye.
